Question: I am coming to Florida this winter (2011) and will choose a gym by how well I can get Les Mills classes. There are many Les Mills classes, and they are all good all the time. The choreography changes every quarter, and the instructors stay in top form all the time. No longer does one have to depend on how an instructor is feeling that day, or how creative or knowledgable that person is. You will get a quality and challenging class every single time, and when your body starts getting used to it, the routine changes. You should try very hard to schedule the classes in at "good" times. Offer Body Pump back to back with something aerobic like Body Step or Body Combat, and if you can persuade your members to give it a go say, three times a week, they will become very fit and probably lose some weight too. I can't say enough about this program. We all love it here!
Answer: We love Les Mills from the launches to the consistency of the classes. We would love to offer more class types and classes, but we are having a very difficult time finding instructors. Including Body Pump instructors.
